It has been an eventful semester for our athletic teams at SAIS Bao’an, including the newly formed girls’ soccer team and our staff soccer team. Here are some highlights from the recent matches and the upcoming games.

Soccer
Boys: Hosted by SWIS International School, our boys’ soccer team played a competitive match that ended in a 0:0 draw.


Girls: In their first-ever game, our new girls’ soccer team achieved a remarkable 2-0 victory against the SWIS International School girls’ team. This marks a significant milestone in their development.
Volleyball
Our volleyball teams traveled to SWIS International School for their first-ever tournament:
Girls: Displayed commendable skills and performance with close scores of 17-25, 19-25, and 19-25 across the three sets.
Boys: Faced challenges but showed potential for improvement in future games.

Staff Soccer Team
Coaching: Led by Mr. Sam, a licensed coach with a background in professional football, our staff soccer team has demonstrated strong capabilities against various international schools.

Performance: Last year, the team achieved impressive results, beating multiple schools except for Huitong School. This year, the team continues to compete, experiencing both wins and losses.
