In celebration of World Mental Health Day, our school’s psychology teacher, Ms. Venia, along with her psychology students, launched a “Wellness Warriors Day” event, taking us on a journey of mind and soul care.

1. Mood Stickers:
What color represents your mood today? Students shared their emotions using colorful stickers, each one telling its own unique story.

2. MBTI Personality Test:
Self-discovery starts with understanding yourself. Through the MBTI personality test, students gained deeper insights into their unique character traits.

3. DIY Line-Drawing Dogs:
With each stroke, the dogs came to life. Through creativity, students relieved stress and unlocked their imaginative potential.

4. Mandala Art:
As colors and patterns intertwined, students found moments of tranquility and enhanced their self-awareness.

5. Letters to Future Self:
Students wrote down their hopes and aspirations for the future, with the promise of receiving these letters a year from now.

6. Mental Health Quiz:
Through a fun and engaging quiz, students expanded their knowledge about mental health, boosting their awareness.

7. Wishing Wall:
This is where dreams take shape. Students’ hopes and wishes were posted on the Wishing Wall, turning it into a colorful mosaic of aspirations. More than just decoration, the Wishing Wall became a meaningful space that connects hearts, spreads hope, and inspires dreams, adding a bright and hopeful touch to student life.

The “Wellness Warriors Day” event was a great success! Students found joy in mood stickers, MBTI tests, and creative activities, while leaving their personal mark with the mental health quiz and Wishing Wall. We hope these activities help everyone find small moments of relaxation and self-care amidst their busy academic lives. See you at the next event as we continue our journey towards wellness!
